Our story

Libra is a regional leader in the construction industry specializing in water resources, standing out in research, planning, design and execution of high-quality hydraulic infrastructure.

Since 2003, we have been involved in the production of drinking water through seawater desalination using reverse osmosis technology. Through key strategic alliances, we participated in the design and construction of Mexico's first municipal desalination plant, located in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur. This pioneering experience has allowed us to maintain our expertise in the sector, driving research and promoting desalination as a sustainable solution for the production and supply of drinking water in Mexico.

At Libra, we are constantly committed to technological innovation, developing and applying innovative methods and processes that allow us to offer comprehensive and personalized solutions that fully satisfy the needs of our clients.

MISSION

To be a leading company in the water and urban development sector, providing solutions to the needs that inhibit social well-being, practicing high standards of quality, responsibility , professional ethics and commitment to our clients.

Libra does not operate as an isolated firm. For projects requiring specialized technical capabilities, binational scope, or specific sector expertise, we build alliances with select partners - expanding our delivery capacity without compromising the technical independence that defines our work.

Each partnership on this page represents a real project, either completed or actively under development. These are not generic business relationships - they are technical collaborations with shared responsibility for the outcome.

We build alliances where the project requires it
